Bon Flow · Second-hand clothing store in Saguenay

A second-hand store whose point of sale and books talk to each other.

For Bon Flow, we set up the website, the in-store Shopify point of sale and the link to QuickBooks, consignment credits included.

What was in the way

Bon Flow sells second-hand women's clothing and accessories in store. Customers drop off clothes they no longer wear in exchange for store credit. Several employees at the till, an inventory that changes every day, credits issued and used to track, and books that have to keep up with all of it.

What we did

The bonflow.ca website explains the concept and how drop-offs work. The Shopify point of sale is set up for a team, with one login per employee. Consignment credits are handled as store credits that add up and can be used in part. The connector between Shopify and QuickBooks is set up so sales, credits and deposits land cleanly in the books.

Where things stand

As of March 2026, the store was running on this point of sale.
