Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
A website goes live in a few days. A store depends on the catalogue and the tools to connect: we estimate it with you on the first call.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of pages and the tools to connect. The price is written in the proposal, before we start. The first call is free.
Who updates the site afterwards?
We do: you write to us, we make the change, within 1 to 3 business days depending on the plan. By default the site has no editing interface, which makes it more secure. If you'd rather edit it yourself, we add one, with training.
My site is on WordPress.
We take it over and host it with OVH, in Quebec. If it's better to rebuild it, we tell you on the first call.
I already have a Shopify store.
We take it over as it is, without rebuilding it for nothing. If you're coming from another platform, we migrate the order history and customer accounts, and the redirects are in place before the switch.
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Sherbrooke. We build websites and Shopify stores for businesses all over Quebec, and the call is by video.
Do I keep my accounting software?
Yes. We connect it to the store: at Bon Flow, sales from the Shopify point of sale flow into QuickBooks.
What about my branding?
We apply it to the site, at no extra charge. If you don't have one yet, we refer you to someone who does that for a living, then apply it.
Where is my site hosted?
Your website, with OVH, in Quebec. A Shopify store stays with Shopify: we build it and connect it, we don't host it.
What about Quebec's Law 25?
We take care of it on your site: cookies, forms and privacy policy.
