Frequently asked questions
Do you work with the tools I already have?
Yes. We start from what you have: Zoho, Shopify, your accounting software, your Excel files. We only change what no longer holds up.
How much does it cost?
We can't say before we've talked. The first call is free. After that, you get a written proposal with the price, before we start.
Do I keep ownership of my tools?
Yes. Your domain, your accounts, your data and the code written for you are in your name. Our reusable components are licensed to you permanently. If you leave, we hand everything over, documented.
Where is my data hosted?
What we host ourselves, your sites and applications, is with OVH, in Quebec. Software like Zoho keeps its own data centres. Zoho has one in Canada, and that's where we open your account.
Do you work in my area?
Yes. Our head office is in Sherbrooke, and we work across Quebec: Quebec City, Montreal, Boucherville, Saguenay and elsewhere. The call is by video.
