What was in the way
Plenty Humanwear is a Quebec outdoor clothing brand, born in Quebec City more than fifteen years ago. In 2025, a new owner takes it over. She inherits a Shopify store and a customer list from before, and she has a first collection ready for fall. Nothing was in place to sell.
What we did
We carried the new art direction into the Shopify theme. We set up product pages, inventory and payments, then connected ShipStation for shipping. For the pop-up store in Saguenay, we installed Shopify POS. We set up the brand's email in Microsoft 365 and connected Instagram and Facebook to the store. The inherited customer list was cleaned and segmented, and the newsletters automated. Finally, we trained the owner on Shopify, reports, segmentation and ShipStation.
Where things stand
The store has been live since October 2025. We stay on for one-off requests, and search optimization is the next step.
